Complaints and returns

Dear customers,
 your satisfaction is very important to us. Below you will find information on how to proceed if you want to return the goods, withdraw from the contract or make a claim for defective goods.

2. Return / Withdrawal (for consumers)

  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

  • It is necessary to inform the Seller of the withdrawal in writing – by e-mail to obchod@deepvision.cz or by post to the Operator's address.

  • The withdrawal notice should include: order number, date of receipt, identification of the goods, your name and address, bank account for the refund.

  • The goods should be returned in their original condition, preferably in their original packaging, including accessories and documentation.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in respect of goods that:

  • has been customized according to customer requirements,

  • is perishable or has a short date date;

  • cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after unpacking if the packaging has been broken,

or other cases provided for by law.

3. Complaints about defective goods (warranty conditions)

  • The warranty period is 24 months, unless otherwise specified for specific goods.

  • You can file a complaint as soon as you discover the defect, with the operator via e-mail obchod@deepvision.cz or by letter to the establishment.

4. Return/Claim Costs

  • If you are returning with a statutory right of withdrawal, the cost of shipping it back to the Seller will be borne by the Buyer (unless otherwise stated).

  • In the event of a justified complaint (defective goods), the Seller pays the usual costs associated with return transport.

5. Refunds and Other Solutions

  • In the event of withdrawal or justified complaint, we will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods (or proving their dispatch), unless otherwise stipulated by law.

  • The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.
