Goods in stock are shipped within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
For goods not in stock, the delivery time is stated directly on the product page and may be longer.
During peak seasons with higher order volume, delivery times may be extended – we will always
inform you in advance.

Collection of the parcel / delivery to your hand – please check the condition of the packaging upon
receipt. In case of damage, report it to the courier immediately and inform us

Payment method	Description	Notes
Online Card Payment	Fast and secure card payment via payment gateway.	Goods are dispatched immediately after
Dobírka	Payment to the courier upon delivery.	Cash on delivery fee CZK 39.
Invoice Payment	Invoice with a due date of 5 days by agreement.

All shipping and payment prices are inclusive of VAT.
If you change the shipping or payment method after placing the order, please inform us as soon as
possible – the price or availability may change.
You will be informed about the delivery process by e-mail or SMS from the carrier / pick-up point.

Add items to the cart → select shipping and payment method when completing the order.
Before submitting the order, you will see the final price including all fees and shipping costs.
After completing the payment / confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a
summary.
Goods are dispatched according to the selected shipping method – usually within 1–2 days (if in
stock).
